This is my pride and joy. The last year of the 426 hemi. I am the second owner and, as the movie will embarrassingly show, I treat this car like a cupcake. It is grandma’s hemi with column shift 727. I asked why the original owner ordered it with that and he said, “just to save money.” The car cost about 5000 with about 1000 of that the engine and “required” options. Save yourself $100 and do this at home every 6 months. Driving can cause your alignment to go out every once in a while. A poor alignment, especially toe thats far from zero, will chew up your expensive tires quick. And if you track your car, you’ll get better performance by setting an agressive alignment. Knowing how to adjust your own alignment means you can set it back to “normal” for everyday driving.
